International Customs

You are responsible for knowing the laws of your country. Please research all BPCMedic.com products to ensure that they are legal for importation PRIOR to ordering. Once the order has left our premises we cannot be held responsible for customs hold ups. Most countries will have no trouble but we post this disclaimer in the off chance that there is an issue with your country's customs department. If at any time during the international shipping process a customer receives a “Customs letter” from any customs service, it is required that a copy of that letter is digitally reproduced (scanned or legible photograph) and emailed to us for examination. The reason for this is to give us a chance to interpret your country's legal policies on the products being shipped and to write a response for release of the seized shipment should that be a possibility.

All BPCMedic.com orders are packaged professionally and shipped discretely. If you provide proof that your order has been seized by your country's customs and they will not release the package, we can reship your order once more. Additional charges apply; customer must pay 50% of the original order total for reshipment.

Return Policy

Orders are covered by our 30 Day return policy. Returns authorized by BPCMedic.com are subject to a processing fee of 10% of the order total and must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase. Customer is responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to the appropriate warehouse. All products must be returned unopened and in resalable condition. Before returning any product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Contact us prior to making a return for an authorization number and further instructions.
